On a fall day, amidst high-rise buildings and a clustered sidewalk sits a community eatery, Café K, which has a renowned presence within Brooklyn, NY. This all-day eating establishment was searching for the optimum option for an enclosure that provided a better eating environment rather than a canvas covering.
