Being that the client had a full time maintenance staff on hand for their several hotels, saving money was an added benefit to their purchase. Having our enclosures pre-assembled and then knocked down for shipping and ease of reinstall in the field made their decision an easy one. Having factory support on hand working side by side with their staff also allowed this project to flow with only a few days of install time. Once the enclosure was shipped via common carrier, the client removed the enclosure components himself and awaited our flight to arrive so that the installation process could begin.

It's not that the sections are heavy; it's the size that makes them awkward to move into place. With several people carrying the roof sections to the site from where they were stored, the rest became easy.

After lifting and assembling the first section with the eaves and the walls in place, the staff continued the process with the following sections.

While the other sections are being erected, the previous sections are being glazed-in.

Several sections reassembled all within hours. The hard part now comes with the alignment and assembly of our custom Roll-A-Cover components.

Once up, the polycarbonite (non-acrylic) protective plastic is removed. As you can see, we had designed the aluminum "I" beam to span the water surface so that the system could bridge from one side of the angled pool area to the other. Our enclosures require a flat and structural surface to roll on and this design allows the existing indoor area of the pool to be a part of the new Roll-A-Cover pool space.

The enclosure was fully erected in a few days and is now ready to use. Now that's one fabulous feat. I am sure that our newly impressed client will pass the word on that Roll-A-Cover provides the service and quality that they boast about and also......

...they are great people to work with. Another happy story.
