In a private subdivision in a small New England town, this enclosure, being installed on a stamped concrete pad, required four employees to muscle the heavy extrusions into place. As this 28' wide section was carried down a steep embankment with the cold weather and winds fighting everyone's efforts, the final project itself proved to be worth the efforts. With all projects, the installation process they go through and the transformation that happens before your eyes is quite a sight to see.

As this first section is partially assembled with the angled-eave and one side wall in place, the other side wall is being brought around the house ready for its assembly into place.
|
|
With our highly structural gussets inserted into the angled-eave section and the front wall section, the wall and eave are slowly slid into place. After this process is completed, with our patent-pending interlocking cross members aligned and ready to be connected, a hard rubber mallet is then used to interlock the upper and lower cross bar into place before the gussets are torqued together with our stainless steel hardware.

There are many steps in the installation process and throughout our Product Assembly site each page can provide a glimpse of various phases of assembly. Understanding how our enclosures being pre-built, pre-assembled, and then knocked down for a simplistic field install, is often why our enclosures are best known as "a homeowner self-installation system." We have performed the majority of the design and detail work; it's simply a large erector site once it arrives at your home or business.

As each section is assembled and rolled into place, the other sections are then brought to the site and erected. With the added deck space off to one end of the patio surrounding the pool, the assembly of the enclosure is far easier than trying to scaffold over a pool and work for greater heights.

The end wall glazing material, which is 1/4" polycarbonite (non-acrylic), is now slid into place and ready for final completion.

One of the glazing bars and lexan materials are attached and readied for the vertical bar to be connected so that the end sliding door can be put into place.

Once each section is put into place, an alignment process becomes the final step of the installation. By lifting and adjusting the system into place, the sectional patent-pending interlocking blocks can now be connected for one of the system's final processes.
