Simko’s Bar & Grill is one of the most renowned eateries in all of southern New Jersey. Simko’s interest in a Roll-A-Cover grew as the owner, Michael Simko was searching for a unique and special environment that would not only extend the season of his party area but also provide a outdoor eating area where his customers can feel a part of Southern New Jersey’s  hospitality with a view of the sky and a breath of fresh air while dinning.
