For our commercial winner, The Gansevoort Hotel in Manhattan, NY was chosen as the most design-worthy and extravagant enclosure built in 2004. This enclosure was installed on the 15th floor of The Gansevoort Hotel overlooking the Hudson River and has, by far, the most exciting visual pleasure that New York has to offer. Its custom size and gray color provide an architectural flavor that no other company and/or product can match. This project was a corporate account and two of our executives, Glenn Stuart and Tom Dannenhoffer, were an intricate part of the design and follow-through on this project. They offered these hotel owners their expertise and commitment to a completed project that has given great satisfaction to all. Being that this hotel is as charitable as Roll-A-Cover, they chose to donate their $500 award winnings to a local charity. We commend them for their civil pride and also for their business. Since this project, we have been contracted to perform other duties for the owners and have enjoyed every minute of this new relationship. We would also like to give special thanks to our Long Island dealer, Rob Scarpa of Roll-A-Cover of L.I, who assisted in the installation of this project and who was also our 2003 Golden Roll Award winner. His efforts and quality of workmanship allowed this project to be recognized on several TV shows and by so many guests of The Hotel Gansevoort. We are all pleased to have Mr. Scarpa as a part of our team at Roll-A-Cover.
