A great backyard and a prepared site that will work very well with our trackless retractable enclosures.

As the Roll-A-Cover transportation rig arrives to the homeowner’s location, the panels, which are all organized per section become easily removable from the truck and transported to the pool area for the assembly process.

Bob Kelly, arriving to the site with the homeowner’s pool enclosure. The systems are pre-built and most of the time they are shipped modular if the location and size of the enclosure allow. The system sometimes is brought to a complete knock down position when the size of the enclosure makes traveling and access to the job site almost impossible.

Bob Kelly, one of our key field crew members is putting some final touches on an eve purlin at the same time as the Blue Dolphin pool Company staff looks on. The eve, which interlocks to a secure and water resistant seal, was designed as a two part extrusion so that the eve and the roof can be easily attached then sealed prior to the lift so that the front walls are attached.

Dave Pate, the VP of manufacturing also traveled for this install as an added support during the training process. Demonstrating to one of the trainees how the components interlock prior to sealing was one of many areas that the install team was interested in learning about. They actually were more amazed that the system was a modular product and that the install process was far easier than expected.

Dave is adding our bumper strips to the sill which is unique to our products. They are a guide strip that protects each section from the other as the system rolls open or closed.

One of the Blue Dolphin team members offers his support during the lock down process of each corner of all sections. These torqued down bolts on each eve section is critical so that the system stays in line and that all seams stay in place for many, many years.

The system sections are being installed and set into place over the pool. The ease of install is quite amazing and the assembly of a huge indoor space within such a short period of time brings excitement to everyone around. The leafs on the pool now will have to find another resting ground now that Roll-A-Cover is there to protect the pool space.

A view from the inside as the additional sections is being installed. The next step is to align the system and attach the fixed bay to the level surface so that the alignment of all of the other sections comes with ease.

Now that the custom walkway is installed, the homeowners could realize their true investment into their back yard lifestyle change and enjoy the dream enclosure that they worked with Blue Dolphin Pools and Roll-A-Cover on. With an added side exit to their backyard, this walkway added the protection and also architectural appeal that this property so deserved.

A wonderful view from the outside of the enclosure with it opened. The enjoyment of being outside on a clear sunny day after being locked indoors all winter is worth a million dollars to these fine homeowners.

The end section away from the house is another safe area for chairs and lounging if the rain comes without any warning. The stacking of the sections, best known as being telescopic in design is one of the greatest Roll-A-Cover features which have earned Roll-A-Cover 13 North American awards within the past 2 years.
