Completed Enclosure
In the cold Canadian winter the San Juan corporate showroom gets ready for the installation of two Roll A Cover enclosures
The pieces arrive at the site and are beginning to be unpacked.
Each bay is laid out separately so that each one is installed in the correct order
The pieces of this frees standing enclosures are no laid over the area where they will be installed
Dave Pate, our head of engineering does some caulk work to ensure the enclosure maintains its integrity
The bays are raised and the gussets are put into place
And up they go
The bays are now lifted and the bottom portions are
Each bay is inspected to make sure that it correctly fastened
The bays are then pushed into place
The end walls are now prepared for installation
They lift the end and line it up into place
The top of the end wall is then lined up to the top of the enclosure
and finally fastened on the bottom
Now we will install the lean to onto the side of the showroom
The bays are lifted and attached to the track
The crane helps to get bays safely to the workers
The roof is checked to make sure that all connections are correct and secure
Elevation checks are made to ensure the the enclosure is level.
The overlapping bays are now hoisted brought over to the enclosure....
... and hoisted into place
After a long day the enclosure is done.
